There’s a lot to learn when it comes to computers and technology these days, and the library is here to help! Tech Help at the Library

NEW! In-person tech help appointments are back! We are now offering 45-minute appointments with our Adult Services and Digital Learning Coordinator Librarian, Shelby. Please call the library at 315-685-5135 or email Shelby directly at shelby@skanlibrary.org to set up an appointment. Shelby will work with you on the best time and day to meet in person. If you aren’t comfortable with in-person tech help appointments, we are still offering tech help appointments over Zoom!

Be aware that we are unable to troubleshoot malfunctioning devices, replace physical parts on a device or remove computer viruses. Assistance will be given on a first come, first served basis.
