Family Book Club: Bunny’s Book Club by Annie Silvestro

Family Book Club is for families with a child in 1st or 2nd grade. It encourages read aloud time at home and then brings everyone together at the library for a fun activity. No registration.

Open Minecraft
Monday, November 4th from 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Drop in after school to play Minecraft Education Edition on our laptops or bring your own device. Laptops are limited and kids may have to work in pairs. No registration.

Vipassana Meditation
Thursday, November 7th at 6:00 PM
Join the Finger Lakes Mindfulness Meditation Group to learn about and practice Vipassana meditation. No registration.

Drop-in Play
Monday, November 11th from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Drop-in and play with a variety of toys. All ages. No registration.

Creative Kids: Dreamcatchers
Monday, November 11th at 2:00 PM
In honor of Native American Heritage month, kids will learn about the native art of weaving dreamcatchers and then make their own to bring home. Ages 8 – 12. Registration required.

Cookbook Club: Brunch
Monday, November 11th at 6:30 PM
This club meets once a month to share a potluck style meal. All you have to do is bring a prepared dish to share and the recipe that inspired you. Registration appreciated.

Skaneateles Library Board Meeting
Tuesday, November 12th at 6:30 PM
The Library Board is made up of community members who volunteer their time and skills to further the mission of the library. All meetings are open and the public is welcome to attend.

Family Cooking Class: Pumpkin Bread

Families will learn all about eating pumpkins while they mix ingredients for a pumpkin bread to bake at home. Ages 6 – 9 with an adult. Limited to 10 families. Registration required.

Guitar Concert: Matthew Gillen
