Bill joined the Skaneateles Library Board in 2026.

A Binghamton native, Bill holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Xavier University. His distinguished career in healthcare includes serving as Assistant Administrator at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Director of Medicare A at Blue Cross, Director of Health Services at Carrier Corporation, and Founding Administrator of Crouse Community Center in Morrisville, NY.

Bill is deeply committed to community service and is actively involved in several organizations. He currently serves on the boards of Liberty Resources CNY, Veterans Recognition/Honor Flight, and the Syracuse Diocesan Pastoral Council. He is also a member of the Skaneateles Rotary Club and American Legion Post 239.
