Connie joined the Skaneateles Library Board in 2026.

Connie brings 38 years of experience in education. A graduate of Marymount College and Syracuse University, she currently serves as an Instructional Specialist and Dyslexia Therapist with the Skaneateles School District. She is passionate about helping students develop strong literacy skills and a lifelong love of reading.

Connie’s love of the Skaneateles Library began in childhood, when walking home with books tucked under her arm became a cherished memory. As an educator, she has collaborated with Skaneateles librarians to build community knowledge around the Science of Reading and to help establish the decodable library for developing readers.

Fun Facts: Connie is a native Skaneateles “mermaid” who first swam across the lake at age eight. She is a proud Adirondack 46er and self-proclaimed word nerd.
