Kristin LaBeau

Kristin joined the Skaneateles Library Board in 2023.

Kristin LaBeau is an experienced mathematics educator, curriculum specialist, and educational consultant. A math teacher by training, she has taught at the middle school, high school, and community college levels, including work in inclusion, co-taught, and ESL classrooms. As the principal consultant for No Limits Learning, LLC, Kristin currently supports school districts and teachers with mathematics instruction, instructional coaching, and new program adoption. Kristin holds a B.S. from Cornell University, a M.A.T. in Secondary Mathematics from Montclair State University, and a C.A.S. from Syracuse University.

In addition to her work with the library, Kristin is involved with the Skaneateles Ski Hill and enjoys being active and engaged in the community. Kristin is passionate about building community and connection, and loves living in a small town where places like the library help bring people together.

Fun Facts: Kristin is the oldest of seven children and is married with four children of her own, all enthusiastic library visitors. She loves staying active outdoors, riding horses, skiing, and enjoying a good latte.
