Building Design

We’re excited to share our updated two-story concept developed in May 2025, featuring lots of sunlight, natural materials and cozy spaces. Renderings of more interior spaces are on the way, including a beautiful fireplace area and inviting teen space.

There’s so much to look forward to in the new library:

  • Easy Parking – Ample, accessible parking and a convenient book drop
  • Great for Kids – An expanded children’s area with dedicated story time space and outdoor access
  • Cozy and Relaxing – A fireplace reading area designed to inspire meaningful community connection, relaxation, and quiet reflection
  • Study and Meeting Spaces – A conference room and multiple study rooms for tutors, remote workers and meetings
  • New Features – A large, flexible events space, an engaging bookstore featuring unique gifts and used books, and a café
  • Welcoming Community Hub – Thoughtfully-designed spaces that can accommodate simultaneous programs and services for all ages
